We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

At Rajput Gun House, we stand behind every air gun pistol, air rifle, and accessory we sell, the same way we have for generations. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • The item received does not match what was ordered or described
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, in line with standard practice for sporting goods and precision equipment.
Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Pellets, BBs, and ammunition
  • CO2 cartridges and consumables
  • Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI, based on the details you provide.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, for a different model, size, or variant, let us know when you raise your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price difference will be communicated before processing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, reach out to us immediately at rajput.arms@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Our on-site repair facility can often resolve issues directly, and where a replacement or refund is warranted, we will guide you through it without added hassle.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under our standard return policy above.
